1. How far in advance should I place my order?
For custom orders, at least one week’s notice is recommended. Large event orders may require more time. Last-minute requests will be considered based on availability.
2. Do you require a deposit?
Yes, custom orders require a 50% deposit to secure your date. The remaining balance is due at pickup.
3. Do you offer delivery?
Delivery is available for large orders within a certain distance for an additional fee. Pickup details will be arranged after your order is confirmed.
4. Can you accommodate allergies or special dietary requests?
While I do my best to accommodate dietary needs, my kitchen is not allergen-free. Please mention any allergies when placing your order.
5. What flavors and designs do you offer?
I offer a variety of flavors and can customize designs to match your theme! Contact me for available options or special requests.
6. How do I place a custom order?
Fill out the Custom Order Inquiry Form on my website with your event details, and I’ll get back to you with a quote.
7. Do you make wedding cakes?
I do not specialize in traditional tiered wedding cakes, but I offer small individual cakes and a variety of dessert options perfect for weddings and special events.
8. Can I order in bulk for events?
Yes! Whether you need cookies, cake jars, or other treats for a large gathering, I can create a custom order to fit your needs.
9. How do I store my treats?
Cakes and cupcakes should be kept refrigerated until about 30 minutes before serving. Cookies and brownies stay fresh at room temperature in an airtight container for several days.
10. What payment methods do you accept?
I accept Venmo, cash,Zelle and other payment options upon request. Payment details will be provided once your order is confirmed.
